Adjustment of the hanging rod spacing:The standard hanging rod spacing of steamer is 100 mm,and the fabric inevitably rubs against each other in the process of loop formation; for traditional printed fabrics (flat screen printing and garden screen printing) or color-insensitive printed fabrics,such mutual friction will not produce staining; But for new digital printed fabrics or particularly fine printed fabrics,this kind of mutual friction will produce staining and result in steaming defects; However, with the adjustment technology of hanging rod spacing, the number of hanging rods in the steaming box can be reduced by half, which changes the hanging rod spacing into 200 mm,so that the staining problem of new digital printing fabric or particularly fine printing fabric can be eliminated thoroughly! The adjustment of hanging rod spacing does not need to increase additional costs,on the premise that the machine must be in the cold state;take out half of the hanging rod inside,turn the knob on the control box to the corresponding spacing, it is just to adjust
