The BFLS998 all loose rope washing machine is a new generation of all loose rope washing machine produced by Jiangyin Beifa Printing and Dyeing Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2001, which was improved based on imported Japanese models. The machine was tested by Hong Kong New Jinjiang Printing Co., Ltd. and a series of improvement plans were proposed for temperature difference, water level, backflow, and synchronous tension. After multiple updates and tests by technical personnel from both parties based on the characteristics of the post printing washing process, the BFLS998 washing combined machine was finally perfectly and successfully shaped and produced. In terms of practicality, it has greatly surpassed Japanese models; In terms of energy consumption costs, it greatly saves production costs; From the perspective of machine operation, it is more convenient, easy, user-friendly, and digitized. With the promotion of the market, this model is now available in Dongguan, Sanshui, Xiqiao, and Zhongshan in Guangdong Province; Fujian Shishi; Haining, Shaoxing, and Xiaoshan in Zhejiang Province; Jiangsu Taicang, Kunshan, Changshu; Weifang and Gaomi in Shandong Province; Hong Kong, Indonesia, Bangladesh and other countries and regions have received unanimous praise after being used by customers. 1、 Machine usage:

Used for rope washing of pure cotton, polyester cotton and their blended fabrics after printing.


2、 Equipment process: (4+8/reference process):
Flat feeding frame → BF518 high-efficiency washing box (top three, bottom four) → MH571 two roll rolling mill with one octagonal roll flat feeding cloth → MH098J type fabric tank (double spray device) with one rope shaped cloth guide → BFSa-5 segmented pressure rope washing machine (three sets in total) with one rope shaped water pressure cloth guide → Q113-28 rope shaped washing machine (eight sets in total) with one flat swinging roller feeding cloth → Twenty one unit variable frequency synchronous electrical cabinet

4.Structure of Combination Machine:
1.BF518 efficient steaming, washing and impregnating tank adopts 3mm OCr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate produced by Sino-foreign joint venture Zhangjiagang Pohang Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd,①150 cloth guideroller,mechanical seal bearing seat and three strong spray devices,all of these make it more applicable to washing process requirements.

3.For BFSa-5 rope washing machine,the pressure roller adopts stainless steel roller with diameter ofφ300; five short ruberrollers are installed onit, the diameters of which areφ180.It adoptsφ100 single cylinder single pressurization,the pressure can beadjusted according to the process, in the slack state,the fabric will undergo five times of maceration and five times of rolling so as to enhance the washing effect.Water tank is divided intofour small grooves;S-shaped backflow process can be conducted.The water pan with special structure can ensure sewage drainage and clear water reuse; it can further save water resource while guaranteeing washing effect.The clear water under normal temperature pumped from the second last circulating pump caneffectively spray on the cold washing rolling points through spraying pipe,thus enhancing the washing effect and greatly saving the water consumption.
4.Q113 rope washing machine is improved from Japanese machine model,it has total eight tanks,each tank is divided into four small grooves,for each small groove,two layers of cloth can pass. It adopts direct steam heating automatic temperature control and 1/2" heating tube to shorten the heatingtime to be 6min, the heat preservation temperature difference is±2℃. The whole tank adopts net type partition, making the cloth in rope form soak in hot water orderly, through cloth lifing guide roller,in cooperation withelliptic roller,the cloth is thrown onto the tank wall,thus enhancing the washing effect.Thefirst four tanks among the eight tanks are equipped with overflow type feed pipe. The backflow is frame by frame betweenthe tanks and buttefly valve is used to control between backflow pipes so as to meet different technological needs. The backflow pipes between the tanks all adoptφ100 stainless steel pipe,flowing backwards from the bottom of back row of tanks to the front row of tanks,making the sunk printing paste and
sewage fully flow backwards into the front row of tanks,reusing and saving the water. The pressurization synchronizer (the device is this company's technical feature, detailed introduction will not given here) between tanks can effectively control the problem of overallsynchronous tension.




5.Advantages and characteristics of combination machine

a.Wide adaptation of fabric varieties
1.The customer practice from 2001 to now has proved that this machine can wash woven printed fabric and knitted printedfabric with high speed and high efficiency,which is mainly reflected in knitted rayon printed fabrics,woven rayon printed fabrics,knitted pure cotton printed fabrics,seersucker and keffiyeh printed fabrics, the gram weight is 50g~450g,all of which are withinthe scope of washing.
2.Due to the modular machine structure, customers can use it through aligning from active process to dispersing process and foaming process. Cold washing can be done first, then soaping;squeezing washing or full-slack washing is ok;foaming first, then acid neutralization and then washing are ok;it's flexible and handy.
3. In addition to washing after printing, this machine can also be used for washing before treatment of fabric and softening process after treatment of fabric, it's a multi-purpose machine and can make the factory constantly improve quality and expand business without the need to increase equipment, thus reducing the investment.

1.Since each unit of this machine adopts frequency control and controllable fine tuning mechanical correction starting from fabric feeding,thus making the whole machine operate synchronously, the fabric is not stretched and realizes the operation without tension, thus putting an end to deformation and damage of flower shape,and enhancing the hand feeling of fabric.
2. Since all the washing points of this model adopt natural transition and natural washing, there is only the process of cloth transport and washing mode oftank wallfapping, therefore,there is no friction,thus putting an end to fuzzing of cloth cover,improving the quality and additional value of fabric.
c.The characteristics of energy saving and emission reduction
1.4+8 combination model of this machine has electricity consumption of 600KWH for 22h through calculation,while 22h electricity consumption is 3800KWH or more for domestic and foreign open-width washing machine models,saving 84.2on year-on-year basis.
2.This model has washing water consumption of 10~15t per ton of knitted printed fabric,while the water consumption of open-width washing machine is about 40~50t per ton of fabric at home and abroad, which has saved 60??70on year-on-year basis. Compared with the water consumption of 60~100t per ton of fabric for traditional single cylinder process,it has saved the water by 80%.
3.In terms of steam consumption, this model uses steam of about 60t for 22h through calculation, while the steam consumption is 80~100t for domestic and foreign open-width washing machine models,saving by 25on year-on-year basis. Compared with 22h steam consumption of 120~150t for traditional single cylinder washing process,it has saved about 53.8on year-on-year basis.
4.In particular, it is more outstanding in terms of washing speed of the same variety;generally, the normal process speed of this machine is 40~50m/min, while the speeds of domestic and foreign open-width washing machine models are between 15~30m/min, the productivity is improved by 40on year-on-year basis.
