4.Main unit structure of machine:
1.Infrared photoelectric translation centering device:Change the traditional selvedge guider deviation rectification or two-roll oscillating deviation rectification, adopt translation mode to realize centering purpose, which will not have any influence on pattern after printing of fabrics such as high-grade knitted fabrics, light fabrics and the fabrics with soft selvedge,etc
2、Mesh belt piling washing unit:According to different fabric varieties, thepiling quantity is between 120m~150m;the caterpillar track adopts 2mm stainless steel plate for punching, flanging and forming, the chain pitch is 6", chain plate thickness is 5mm; there will be never the phenomena of deflection and deformation in the running processof caterillar track; caterpilla track running speed:0.5m/min~1.5 m/min, transmission power: 1.5kw. Above the piled fabric, there are 10 overflow type spraying pipes to spray the fabric, thus making printing paste fully expand and eliminating the surface dyeing to the greatest extent;the spray water is circulatingfiltration water of this unit itself; a small amount of clear water can also be supplemented according to the condition of water quality,thus making the fullest use of the circulation of the machine itself; circulating water pump specifications:flow rate=50m3/h,motor power=3kw.The tank is made of 4mm stainless steel plate through processing; Filter tank adopts portable inserted plate. Overflow tank adopts 4mm stainless steel plate flanging; the strength is increased and there will be never deformation.
3.Before entering squeezing,fabric scotching is done by separator rollwhich is wound with stainless steel flat wire.
4.Fabric holding tank directly copies Japanese machine model,combined with double-faced strong spray device; the tank can be moved, thus making the process more flexible.
5.Sectional pressurization rope washing machine: The tank is extra-large;the fabric storage quantity after increase is the same as the fabric storage quantity of washing machine in rope form, which willnot only enhance the cold washingeffect but also make the operation more convenient.The tank is made of 4mm stainless steel plate through processing,all the sectional pressurized frames are made of stainless steel through processing.

5. Characteristics of energy saving and emission reduction:


1.D+3+8 combination model has electricity consumption of 1100KWH for 22h,while electricity consumption is not less than 3800KWH for domestic and foreign open-width washing machine models,it's only about 30of electricity consumption of open-width washing machine models.
2. This machine has washing water consumption of 8~12t per ton of knitted printed fabric,while the water consumption is between 40~50t per ton of fabric for domestic and foreign open-width washing machine models, saving 70??80on year-on-year basis.Compared with water consumption of about 60~100t per ton of fabric for traditional single cylinder washing process, it has saved 85%;
3.In terms of steam consumption: This machine has steam consumption of about 25t for 22h,while 22h steam consumption is about 80~100t for open-width washing machine models,saving 64on year-on-year basis;
4.In particular,it is more outstanding in terms of washing speed of the same variety;generally, the normal process speed of this machine is 45~60m/min,while the speeds of open-width washing machine models are between 15~30m/min, the productivity is improved by 50on year-on-year basis.


6.Advantages of operating performance:



1.One time of impregnation is increased before fabric enters caterpillar track spraying, piling and soaking to make the fabric get certain soaking, then the active quadrangle roll will ile the fabric on the caterpillar track evenly and regularly, through continuous cold washing of fabric by 10 spray pipes (the circulating spray water is the unit's own filtration circulating water), making plenty of surface dyeing and thickener fully soaked and expanded and making most of them washed off. To achieve better washing effect,the key is that after the fabric is cleaned through cold washing, color staining will not happen to soaping!


2.Three sets of sectional pressurized short rubber roll bearings adoptfully sealed structure,which can effectively prevent water from entering the bearings, thus greatly extending the service life,and can facilitate mechanic to replace bearings, thus greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers, avoiding the economic loss brought by passive shutdown due to the mechanical failure and more guaranteeing product quality.
3.The backflow liquid level difference is 100mm for eight sets of Q113, up 50mm compared with original model(the backflow liquid leveldiference is 50mm for original model), which makes the backflow more smooth and water exchange rate more thorough; there is no deposition in the tank; a soft curtain whose width is 200mm is increased above the front operation dor openings of the first seven tanks,movable aluminum alloy dor is installed on rear operation door openings of the second, third,fourth, fth, sixth and seventh tanks; aditionally,2 groups of 1.5kw-2P exhaust duct devices are installed in the places of the second,third,fourth, fifth and sixth tanks and cylinder lifing roll synchronizer, which can effectively prevent steam overflowing, especially make the working environment better in winter.60mm thick glassfiber insulating layer is laid on the outside surface of heating box of the first seven tanks, thus reducing the emission of heat energy to the greatest extent, reducing the fluctuation of temperature in the tanks,
greatly improving the boil rate of fabric,making soaping effect more tend to be perfect,fully guaranteing the washing effect of high-quality fabrics and creating greater economic benefit.
4.The latest cylinder lifting roll synchronizer adopts independent drive,small rll mechanical seal, without water leakage; the bearing is more durable;it can reduce the water carryingquantity of fabric a faras possible,full ensure there is no mutual influence for sewage between tanks, enhance speed,save energy and increase efficiency, reduce the phenomena such as marking off fading and failing to wash off upon soaping and enhance the washing effect.
5.In terms of electrical drive, on the basis of the original model,PLC program controlis increased,which ensures the transmission synchronization between units, more simple operation, reduction of labor intensity and more humanization.
